What we had to do was we had to right what we did at Orana park so please enjoy here it is we went to Orana park it was on Thursday 19th of September 2019. Where Orana park is  Orana park is 793 Mcleans Island Rd Harewood Christchurch. What we got taught we got taught about Kias gorillas and more animals.  Who came with us (parents) my nana wendy Hayley Tim Nicole Suesane Len. Why we went to Orana park we went to Orana park to see all the animals and learn about the animals there. here are some 3 fun facts about  Keas. Keas are very smart birds. You're not allowed to feed keas human food.  Keas live in Authors past.

Mariana Trench

In Literacy, for the last 2 weeks, we learned about the Mariana Trench. I used all the information that I read from google to help me with some facts. I tried my hardest hopefully you like it here it is. introduction:
You know about Mt Everest right? Well if you put Mt Everest down in the deepest part of the ocean it won't be able to reach the surface. It is 3 kilometers away which is a very long way from the bottom of the deepest part of the ocean. This is called the Mariana Trench. Why would you want to go that deep in the ocean? Here are some fun facts why you should definitely not go down into the Mariana trench 1. It's very dark. 2. It's very cold that you would get hyperthermia. 3. There is too much pressure that if you go down there you would be as flat as a pancake.
Sea Creatures:
There are many creatures that live in the Mariana Trench. For example
There are dumbo octopuses that belong to a group called umbrella octopuses
There are also sea cucumbers that can come in different colors.
What the Mariana Trench looks likes
In the Mariana Trench there are Volcanic chimneys that warm up the place, also keeps the creatures alive.
